Under any circumstances, DO NOT inhale the inflation gas (especially helium),
Do not use the balloons for any purpose other than decoration,
If you intentionally pop a balloon, be aware that this results in sudden pressure release which may cause damage in the surrounding area. You are solely responsible to exert due-diligence when doing so and we take no responsibility what-so-ever of such action
The deliberate releasing of balloons is illegal in Victoria. The Environment Protection Authority now having increased powers to prevent harm to the environment from pollution and waste. We urge everyone NOT to be involved in balloon release and take no responsibility of anyone who used our products in such acts.

A bond is required for all hired items and will be refunded once item/s are returned in the same condition. Fees will apply for damages and late returns.

8. Cancellation/Postponing and Refund Policy

The refund amount is dependant on the amount of work that’s been done at the time and date of cancellation. A minimum of 20% is deducted as cancellation admin fees.

No refund for cancellation within 7 days of date of event as by this time your order is mostly ready.
No refunds will be given for change of mind.
No refund can be claimed once the product has been delivered and no longer in our custody.

Postponing your event date requires a minimum of 7 days notice to receive 100% store credit this is provided no works has commenced on your order. Should we have started work on your order, you will be given partial store credit to cover labour and material costs.

We reserve the right to refuse changes made less then 7 days from the event date. Changes include and not limited to, delivery address, time, colours, balloon varieties. Nevertheless we will make every effort to accommodate your change requests.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Please note that while we are happy to set up balloons outside for your event, outdoor conditions can affect the balloons. Factors such as wind, sun and temperature changes can impact the lifespan and appearance of the balloons.

While we take every precaution to ensure the balloons are secured properly we cannot take any responsibility for conditions that are out of our control. Please make sure you keep your balloons in a stable enviroment.We recommend having a backup plan in case of unexpected weather changes. No refund can be claimed once the product is delivered and is no longer in our custody.
